(a) I will be photographing models for House Of Style Productions for use by HOSP – said models – support- and myself.________

 

(b) I am responsible to provide (3) edits per look, per shoot, per model from this photo-shoot, VIA internet – e-mail to the send list provided by HOSP. Photos close to  8 by 10 portrait if possible, or  landscape of the same size  ratio. I understand I have 30 days to provide images to HOSP related models. I am entitled to promote and publish my pictures for promotional non exclusive use, from this shoot, at my own discretion, without permission from HOSP, as long as the use is not for monetary gain or for the use of promoting a brand other than my own, function, party, gathering, or function that provides monetary gain ( ie Nike ), as  I understand it is strictly prohibited from copyrighting and / or selling any work derived from any and all HOSP related events under any circumstance. I understand that the selling of images to parties outside House Of Style Productions is strictly prohibited. _________

 

( c) House Of Style Productions follows all city – state – county – and federal company content control laws that deem HOSP to protect all attendees of House Of Style Productions LLC. As a photographer,  I understand I can claim copyright of images derived from any form of HOSP event by getting a written release from each party responsible for creating said image (s) including HOSP, and disclosing what images will be used for. HOSP can claim 51% owner of copyright and can terminate the copyright transfer at any time and fully claim image(s) if said images are used in any form of immoral way that gives House Of Style Productions negative perception. I agree to maintain listing proper credits of all who helped create images whenever possible, when publishing images. By signing this release form, I am giving House Of Style Productions LLC all copyright / publishing rights, of all materials derived from our company events ( past – present – future ) for the protection of theft, misuse, and selling of images for monetary gain and for the protection of all attendees involved in our events. This includes all work that transpires from this photo-shoot, in any format, still, single, multiple prints, electronic media, downloadable print media, and moving video, in which 3rd parties may use to reduce the risk of 3rd party selling of images. Furthermore, I release the House Of Style Productions agents, models, support, photographers, and anyone whom they are acting, from any and all forms of damage foreseen and un-foreseen related to the use of the images derived from this agreement. I understand there is no financial responsibility to myself for any and all work done, past, present, or future sessions by House Of Style Productions, and all working partners and associates. I understand any images derived by taking part in a HOSP related event can be used by any and all working partners of HOSP without my permission or compensation, that is which is licensed out to affiliates to use at their sole discretion without compensation to myself. ___________

(d) HOSP reserves the right to hold any and all publishing rights and promotional use of materials that transpire from present, past, and future photo-shoots – events - that you are (or) were involved in, at any time, without notice, for any reason, cause or just cause. We may also send a cease and desist of use of material, especially if the published work is not in moral standards to the above named HOSP affiliates that may be effected by such publishing, who will have access to all work derived from said photo – shoots. _______

(e) I  understand that HOSP, along with any, and all direct or indirect affiliates, legal representatives, successors of  House Of Style Productions, has the right to publish any and all materials - images that are created, derived, produced, or conceived during and, (or) from this photo-shoot without my consent;  including any object or item that may also be in the shoot, along with, but not limited to the use of any photograph, in part, or in whole, negatives, prints, downloadable prints, images, and technological advancements in the future that require electronic transfers of images, in any media form, that include any work derived from past-present-and future photo shoots I am a part of through House Of Style Productions, IE, House Of Style Magazine, etc… without compensation or notice to myself. By signing this agreement I am waiving any and all state and federal laws that constitute rights to any and all work that is derived, produced, and or created from this photo-shoot ____________

(f) I agree not to directly compete with House Of Style Productions in any capacity, in any way, shape, or form; using the name House Of Style or it’s likeness, that may hurt the name, branding, and perception of HOSP and our working partners, by using namesake, and or likeness of HOSP, to act against House Of Style Productions. By signing this, I am aware that my name and e-mail address is given to all who participate with HOSP for networking purpose only. I also understand I will be exposed to personal and intellectual information that could hurt House Of  Style Productions, IE e-mail lists, and personal information, that can only be used for House Of Style Productions networking and purpose.  I agree to keep information about HOSP private and personal, including private names, and information I might be provided for networking purpose and contact regarding HOSP. By signing this, I understand I can be held accountable for information I release, in which constitutes damage to HOSP in any way, shape, or form. I will keep any and all private and personal information private and confidential._______________

(g) For the protection of House Of Style Productions, I acknowledge by singing this agreement, I fully understand that I am here at my own risk. I understand by entering a House Of Style event, and I further agree not to hold House Of Style Productions or affiliates of today’s shoot responsible for any and all forms of negligent acts, injuries,  and or loss of any kind that may be perceived to be a result of  today’s event. I am waiving any and all  liability against HOSP - financial loss that may result from any form of medical, mental, and physical damage that may transpire while participating in any and all events that incorporates HOSP during today’s event, or which is construed to be a part of our event. I agree to (not) hold HOSP  and any other affiliates to this photo-shoot responsible for any and all costs, resulting from any form of  financial loss incurred while doing any and all work or activities, shoots, event procedures, or activities that pertain to today’s event. I understand I am responsible for all of my personal belongings and can not hold HOSP responsible for any lost or stolen items. By signing this agreement, I fully understand this agreement supersedes any other form of agreement, written or oral, that may pertain to today’s event, any other form of agreement is considered null and void._____________
